The day after the 2016 election I felt like I was walking underwater. I also wrote this theme song for an imaginary cartoon show, with text by two members of my polycule, and I think it serves as a good reminder that taking joy in things doesn’t dishonor the seriousness of the moment. Months later, I made an electronic arrangement with vocals by my old friend Maddy “MIDI” Myers.
