One day, a friend’s kid was building a scarecrow out of random objects in my apartment, and while she was putting a hat on top of a small beanbag, she started singing: “Big heads! Small heads! Every kind of heads! I don’t know what I’m talking about! I think I’m talking about heads!” It seemed to me that this needed to be turned into a post-punk song.
Those of you with an interest in the history of composition in the late 20th century may also detect a secret allegorical meaning.
